This is the best electric shaver I have ever had and I have used electric shavers for the past 65 years. I have a tough beard--had to shave twice a day in the Army to avoid problems. After about 2 shaves with this shaver I had adjusted my shaving to the head angle for it, and it has given great shaves ever since. Using the correct technique, this shaver picks up the stray whiskers I had to go back for before. I also like the way the sideburn trimmer works. My previous ones always were oriented for use in the same direction as shaving. I have always used foil type shavers, so I could not compare this one to rotary shavers. I shave daily and it keeps a charge for over a week. Now if the foil and cutter last a good while, it is all I would ask for.

Now for the negatives. They don't relate to the shaver or the quality of shave. I would prefer a better case and maybe a guard for the foil. My last shaver was also a Braun and I preferred the hard plastic case that came with it.
